Oliver Macko recently joined Sage Real Estate Brokerage, and had a brand identity recently designed from scratch. I was brought on for the second phase, utilizing the new visual system to design various print and digital marketing materials. Oliver wanted a bold yet minimalistic aesthetic, something that was “punchy” and drew your attention. I integrated his thin and clean typography and unique bold colour palette with a balanced layout across both print and digital touchpoints. I utilized white space as much as possible, while drawing your eye in with bold vertical logo elements. The deliverables included a variety of print and digital materials from Instagram templates for property listings and client testimonials, to onboarding guide books (60+ pages) for his new clients.
