Chase Real Estate is the personal brand for an individual agent within SAGE Real Estate Brokerage. As a newcomer to the industry, the client sought a strong and impactful brand identity that would distinguish him in a competitive market.

As a newer agent, Chase needed a visual identity that would immediately convey professionalism, credibility, and confidence. The brand had to feel distinct while remaining appropriate within the broader SAGE Real Estate Brokerage brand system, and flexible enough to be applied across future listings, marketing materials, and promotional items. Chase also had a specific concept in mind, of a strong “masculine” and bold brand identity. I designed a minimalist yet bold identity system designed to communicate strength and clarity. This included a restrainted colour palette, mainly utilizing red, to convey the power, authority, and leadership he wanted, balanced by the black to feel more luxurious and avoid real estate red conventions. A simple typography set was used for clean and legible marketing materials, and the identity was extended into a range of print collateral for property listings, as well as branded promotional materials, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints as the agent builds recognition in the market.
The logo suite includes a primary and secondary logo mark that emphasize strong typography and clean composition, resulting in a commanding but refined visual presence.
