Moniker is an Award-Winning Corporate Retreat Planning Agency, focused on helping companies connect with their teams through imaginative corporate retreats and incentive trips around the globe.
They attend an annual retreat to celebrate their hardworking employees, and this year they reached out to me to see if I could help. I designed a logo based on their destination of Maryland, illustrating multiple elements that would fit inside their “window” logo.

There were a lot of elements to incorporate into this logo. While the client wanted something unique and detailed, I had to carefully balance the white space and composition to avoid the logo feeling overcrowded with too many illustrations, keeping both the client and myself as a designer happy with the final result!
